Less Invasive, More Acceptable: A New Clinical Response

Scientific training day with Dr Henri Diederich

Europe/Paris Europe/Paris
Add to calendar:

Rehabilitation of atrophied maxilla and mandible without grafting or sinus lift: clinical protocols, cases and hands-on

Lecture-based course, clinical cases, hands-on workshop

Seats are limited to 15 participants

The Clinical Challenge

Patients are increasingly reluctant to accept treatments that are invasive, costly, and time-consuming.

Faced with extensive bone grafting, sinus lift procedures, zygomatic implants, and subperiosteal implants, we present an additional minimally invasive alternative based on specific implant designs adapted to challenging bone situations.

By the end of this day, you will be able to:

identify cases where a minimally invasive alternative is relevant;

analyze CBCT using a bone-driven approach;

differentiate minimal invasive techniques indications;

better present a more acceptable option to reluctant patients;

integrate these concepts into your daily practice.

Summary and closing of the day

Key Message

Between extensive treatment options and patient refusal, a middle path was missing.

This minimally invasive approach, without grafting or sinus lift, uses implant designs adapted to the most atrophic bone situations. It does not replace conventional techniques, but offers a valuable additional option to improve both treatment acceptance and clinical outcomes.

Dr. Henri Diederich
